ART STUDIO

Toddlers through Primary students enjoy Art Studio sessions several times each week with our Faculty Art Director. Our students enjoy this small group time and design their own creative works based on thematic units of study or the study of different illustrators or art mediums. We stressing the creativity of the process rather than the quality of the product and we celebrate our students’ fabulous art works in the annual Children’s Art Museum and Gala.

MUSICAL INSTRUCTION

Infants through Primary students participate in singing, instrument play, and creative movement through dance and song presented by Noteable Creations. Ms. Paula has been a part of music education at Peachtree Park Prep for over 15 years. The Annual Preppies on Parade musical presentation showcases our students’ musical and creative abilities as they design the sets, practice, and perform for parents and guests.

LANGUAGE LAB

Peachtree Park Prep has chosen Spanish and Mandarin Chinese Language Labs for our Toddlers through Primary students. Our students build an awareness of our global world and capitalize on current brain research that supports the success of dual-language development at the earliest of ages.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION & FITNESS

Each student at PPP participates in Physical Fitness. We develop gross motor and power skills in our hardwood floor gymnasium and have tons of fun! Our Toddler through Primary students also learn fundamental skills and fitness techniques from our PE instructor.

COMPUTER BASED EDUCATORS

Ms. Thomas has been instructing Preppie I through Primary students in computer technology for over 17 years through Computer Based Educators. The computer stations and laptops we have in our classrooms are loaded with fun and instructive software programs and serve as an essential component of our school experience.
